Creating your new year master plan with one simple question
A new reader asked for motivation to help her exercise, you can read more about that later on in today's e-zine, but first I would like to ask you a question that was asked of me recently
And that is
How can I?
I have lots of endings to that initial question and I shall be spending some time over the next few days working through each one, for example:
How can I ... lose 23 kilos
How can I ... double my income in 2012
How can I ... run the city to surf given my back is stuffed and my right knee is "injured" at the moment?
How can I ... get more free time so I don't burn out by year end?
but I thought you too might like to try the exercise.
How can I
How can you?
I work best with a piece of paper and a pen, but it's up to you. My son for instance wanted a chalk board on his wall, so mum (me) created one for him, you can brain storm this with your family or work colleagues or your significant other. But the answers to these questions SHOULD provide you with the basis for your new year MASTER PLAN.
I have for instance enlisted the help of my partner and no less than 2 dieticians and a personal trainer to help me with goal no 1. And so far I am down 3.2 kilos since the 19th December. Number 2 is going to take some creative thinking on my part, but that's all part of the fun, because no idea or suggestion is too stupid to throw away. In fact once you have gotten through the obvious suggestions - rob a bank, get a better paid job ... then the better suggestions / solutions start to come through...
Given that we are almost at the end of this year's 100 day challenge, and now is the time to think about the new year and what you would like it to bring to you, perhaps it is an exercise you should consider doing. After all, what have you got to lose?
Best

Motivate Me to Exercise: Exercise first thing starts my day off right
---------------------------
It took me a while to get it, but I love exercising first thing in the morning. Knowing that I have kept one promise to myself, means I am more likely to keep the rest... it's like having an early "win" on the board, or being able to cross a very big to do item off the day's list...
