23 hours and 30 minutes

Spending half an hour a day:

* Thinking positive thoughts or practicing meditation techniques
* Walking / exercising
* Working on your goals

Is a start.

But if you are not using the remaining 23 hours and 30 minutes in a constructive way you will probably never reach your desired outcome.

A case in point - There are 3 ladies who go the gym where I do. In all the time I have been going there, they have not changed shape or size. In fact one day recently I saw them sitting on the exercise bikes and they weren't pedalling. Me being me of course had to say something  "going to the gym" is not exactly the same as working out when you get there, you know". Their excuse was that they were going to have a personal training session and didn't want to wear themselves out *coughs / splutters * and gets on an elliptical trainer. Anyway, if one thing is sure, you can guarantee they don't eat the right foods or do anything strenuous when they're away from the gym either, which makes me wonder why they waste the money and the time.

How about you? Are you using your time as effectively and efficiently as you can?
Are you de-railing your success by doing things you know you should definitely NOT be doing?

What are you going to do tomorrow to change / improve on that?

With many thoughts

Elle

p.s. For those of you who "celebrate" St Valentine's day, I hope you are enjoying the time with those you love. But remember there are 364 other days in the year - when you can show those you love, that you do.
