Things we worry about:
* Things that are done and gone and cannot be changed: 30%
* Things that never happen: 40%
* Things that will happen but we cannot change or stop: 22%
Total: 92%
Just deal with the ones that we have control over: 8%
When you look at it that way it makes life a lot less of a worry don't you think

100 day challenge: 1 week in - how are you doing?

Just a time stamp - we are now 1 week into the challenge - how are you doing?
For those of you who are new to the challenge consider - in the early days of the challenge it is all about setting patterns. You may want to try and schedule a time where you know you can work on your goals each day - that time should not be negotiable - just like any other appointment you make, you don't cancel your doctors or dentist because you can't be bothered to go, so why cancel your appointment (s)with yourself?
And it doesn't have to be a lot of time, you can get huge amounts done between 6 and 6.30 am, half an hour at noon and again at 6pm. Now I know some of you have kids and that may be harder for you, but try breaking your day into specific zones and see how you get on.
With that one very simple technique and a little bit more organisation I've tripled my exercise, how can that technique work for you?

Nowadays, I feeling very much stress on my mind due to future life although I am good in studies.
I am spritual actually and very intrested in " what is aim of this Life" and I am not able to understand that why I should Study????
