Why you? What makes you so special?

OK a couple of very quick questions as we head into the weekend...

    * Why you?
    * Why not you?
    * Why not now?

Why you? What are you good at? What skills and abilities do you have that no-one else has? How can you use those skills and abilities to help you help others get ahead?  Remember, by helping others be all they can be, you automatically find you are raising your own game and reaping the rewards too. So - why you? Why should people listen to you?

Why not you? Are you willing to give away your own power? Why? You can get the job done, you are worthy of the best - so why not you?

Why not now? What are you not doing that you know you should be doing? What are you waiting for - an invitation from life to lead one to the fullest extent possible? Get on with you, you don't need permission from anyone other than yourself to be YOU and doing what you know you are good at. So - what are you waiting for? Why not now?

As you ponder those questions think about this:

As you go through your day-to-day activities over this last week, be honest with yourself:

    * Did you perform to the best of your abilities? ALL the time, or could there be room for improvement?
    * What did you do that you absolutely nailed? Why - what was it, what worked for you?
    * Where did you fall down? Why - was it in your control or not in your control? If it was in your control and you didn't manage it - why? What can you do differently next time so you do succeed? If it wasn't in your control and you couldn't influence the outcome, move on. So
    * What are you going to do differently next week?

I hope you do take time to go through these questions - because the answers can mean a whole world of difference to you.
