Let the first challenge of 2011 begin

For those of you who are following me on Twitter or friended me on Facebook may have seen that I was going to give away 5 copies of the challenge - well I gave away a few more than that - but hey that's my prerogative :-) . If you haven't done either (friended or followed), you may want to - because I am re-starting the challenge, and I might just give away a couple more copies of the challenge workbooks for those who are truly motivated, but can't afford the book/program - but would like to see what all the fuss is about.

I am also going to be using Facebook and Twitter as a way of keeping the new challengers motivated. So use the links at the bottom and join in the fun... for example - my challenge to one long term reader and good friend is to stop working so darned hard and to learn the technique of non-striving - that for her IS a major challenge.

The second thing I would like to throw open to everyone is this ...

Hands up all those who are in Western Australia, keep them up if you would like to join me for a couple of hours to discuss ways to overcome the procrastination habit and to get even more out of the next 100 days? The 100 day challenge is ON. I have a venue lined up and ready - now all I need is for someone other than myself and the sponsors to turn up.

Now you may be wondering why a Wednesday night and why the 9th February - well it is quite simple.

You don't need to wait for any day in particular to begin to change your life. You can decide today to work on your goals and to make the next 100 days and the rest of your life better than it has ever been in your life.

There is a new forum on the website where you can keep track of where you are and what you are doing. You can also join in the discussion that others are generating - the forum can be located at

http://www.motivateme.info/100-day-challenge-forum/

So are you ready to re-start the challenge?
