Don't buy cheap pegs

I was going back through one of my notebooks and came across these random thoughts:

* Never ask for what you DON'T want, always ask for what you do.
* The busier you are, the more you find time to do
* For every "great" book out there, there are another 100 making lots of money
* Don't buy cheap pegs, your washing only ends up on the floor

Raise your standards
Raise your output
Raise your quality
Improve your interactions
Lower your expectations of others

* Goals should be like magnets. If they are not pulling you closer then your goals are not strong enough

You have to be so convinced that something will happen you have to be willing to go for broke, to burn bridges and boats so you cannot go back.
You have to "see it" (you cannot see what you cannot visualize). But it's not a "see it" and it will come, but a conviction that when you know what you want, you can "see" it and you know what you are going to have to do to get it.

* A new discipline begun is only successful if it becomes a habit

With many thoughts
