My trainer is an inspiration
Have you ever wondered why I spend so much time working out?
Apart from the fact I can now get back into clothes I haven't been able to wear in years, I am healthier, I sleep better, eat better foods. I've lost body fat, reduced my BMI and my potential health problems. I've gained strength, self-confidence and rediscovered muscles I hadn't seen or used in years. And it started with a client who became my trainer. She turns 56 tomorrow, and yes I did ask permission before stating that very important fact. I also asked if I could share a photo she had taken this weekend - thankfully she said yes.
