Squirm worthy

I love it when a message really hits the spot... usually by the number of people who unsubscribe ...

It amuses me for several reasons:

1. Those people are not ready to change their behaviours, AND
2. They dislike being held accountable for their inaction

I used to hope it was because I had "cured" people of their procrastination - but I know that was and is wishful thinking.

Motivate Me works when you are willing to immerse yourself in the process of becoming a better person. Breaking free of bad habits, creating new ones and occasionally finding something that inspires you to dig deep and go again.

Believe me when I say this, it's easy to give up, it's easy to live a normal life, doing the same things in the same way - I mean 97% of the population can't be wrong - right?!
The beauty I think with Motivate Me and a good proportion of other "motivational" websites, speakers and authors - is they tap into the 3% who ARE willing to change. Not all of the others give out quite as much homework as I do - but that's what makes this different I.M.O

So - one question for today, well 2 actually, but they mean pretty much the same thing:

1. Are you willing to dig deep and go again? We are nearly at the end of the 4th month of 2011 - scary how fast time flies when you are having fun isn't it.

2. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to become a better you?

I hope so

With many thoughts

Elle
