how many decisions do you think you make during that time?

do you do this or that?
do you that or the other?
are you holding yourself back because of minute "wrong" decisions you are making...

we may not think a single "bad" decision will hold us back, but each micro decision can and does affect the next... everything affects everything else. Do you exercise or not, do you eat that piece of cake or not, do you make those phone calls you don't want to or not, do you work on your assignment or not?

If you are choosing "not" how much additional pressure do you think that is going to put on you "tomorrow"?

On the other side of the coin, if you do more than was expected of you today, how easy will tomorrow be?

With many thoughts
Elle
