Half way

As you can see from the date of today's e-zine, we have come to the end of the first 6 months of the year.

So, review time:

* What have you achieved during the first half of the year?
* What are you part / half way through?
* Where do you need to raise your game so you can double your achievement rate for the second half of the year?
* What help do you need in order to get there?
* What do you need to stop doing right now so you can reach your target?

It is important to spend some time to conduct a personal review. Good times are -

* at the end of each day, a few minutes will determine - did you do what you said you were going to do?
* at the end of each week - one day may not seem like a large amount of time, but now there are 7 of them - what did you manage to achieve during the 7 days, take 15 minutes each week to review these days?
* the next significant milestone is the end of each month - you've reviewed each day / week, so you should be able to tell if you are on track with your monthly targets. Depending on which month there are now 28 - 31 days to look back on and check to ensure your patterns are taking you towards your goals rather than away from whatever it is you said you wanted to achieve.

You should also have reviewed the last

3 months

and today I would ask you review the previous

6 months

Each review allows you a chance to take stock, to make adjustments where you need to and to pat yourself on the back where credit is due.

With many thoughts
