We all have "problems"
Do you have recurring issues or problems that seem to dog your every step?
Have you stopped to ask yourself why it follows you around?
Most people assume it's because "life is unfair" THEY get all the breaks. Well maybe, maybe not. Maybe THEY do the jobs and the work that we don't want to do. They put in the extra hours, to coin a cliche or two, they go the extra mile, so that when the payrises and the promotions are being considered, they're the ones usually at the top of the list. Or it may be that you're carrying excess weight around because of something that happened to you in the past. Do you hide behind weight and shapeless clothes so people don't notice you? Then there are people who know they are in financial strife but continue to spend money as if there was an endless supply, they don't want to face up to the fact that bad purchasing decisions in the past have led them to where they are now - and they don't like admitting it...
So a few questions for you to ponder:
1. What are the benefits of having the problem or issue?
2. What is the problem allowing you to avoid taking action on?
3. What is the problem protecting you from?
4. What new skills and resources will you need to solve this problem?
5. What will solving this problem help you to discover who you really are at a deeper level?
6. What beliefs do you need to let go off for this problem to be resolved?
7. What beliefs would someone who'd already solved this problem need to have?
It's not an easy thing to do, confront the real reasons why we are where we are - but - will we be able to move forwards if we don't?
With many thoughts

Motivational Tip: Exercise
---------------------------
Walk for half your lunch break - do it before you eat otherwise you won't want to go. If I am feeling energetic and don't have business stuff (banking etc) to do, then I get changed out of the work gear and into track gear... walk for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week during lunch... If I am not feeling particulary energetic, I don't get changed but I do walk before having my lunch. When you go out though, don't take wallets / money with you so you can't be tempted to buy anything. Eat what you take with you to work and save yourself time and calories too.
