You may find yourself

"I don't like work, no man does, but I like what is in work: the chance to find yourself"
Joseph Conrad

I love this quote, it says a lot about a person.

* You may find that you are lazy
* You may find you are lazy only about a particular task
* You may find that you don't like what it is you are being paid to do, and consequently you try and avoid going, or when you do go you don't do what you know you should
* You may find that you fill your days with busy work so that you can avoid doing the important stuff
* You may find that you work best under pressure, or when you are being supervised, or you may find that you work best when you are being trusted to do a brilliant job.

But it's more than just that -

You may find:

* What you are good at
* What you excel at doing
* Who you enjoy working / being with
* How well you work and how fast you can work when given the right circumstances.

When you know yourself you can and will do amazing things.

With many thoughts

Wow! So true! I can spend hours with finely tuned mental precision on tasks that I love to do. But I can spend hours, literally hours, flittering about town on "errands" that appear to be so important! Only in the past few days, I have decided to light the pilot light on under my ambition and now my progress is blazing, the fire of motivation is burning!! I have invented a cosmetic product for dry, rough, snaggy heels, that I have been working on for years (sigh), but now, with YOUR help, and insight I am moving forward!! Thank you so much for your assistance to break through the procrastination!!
