There is no such thing as a Fr** lunch

First of all a very big thank you for all the birthday wishes for last week - I had a brilliant day, I hope you did too.

Secondly I would like to thank the hundreds of people who responded with the question of why they should be lumbered with a lot of homework over the next 100 days and the last 100 days of 2011. Congratulations to the 47 of you who were chosen to receive a copy of the challenge. You should have received and downloaded your copies by now. And yes, homework begins today...

A couple of things:

The results you get are directly proportional to how much effort to use / work the program. It is not called a workbook for nothing. While it may look simple, it is a powerful tool and we have had people:

   Set up businesses
   Change jobs
Sell houses and travel the world
Lose weight (a lot of weight if we added up the total number of lbs)
   Stop smoking
   Write books
Become a better parent / employee / partner - because they have better focus
Train and run for marathons and other sporting events
Changed from being a below grade student to an A grade student
   Cleaned clutter and
   Completed degrees with honors

The challenge can help you achieve all that and more. The question is – what do YOU want to achieve?

Before you start the 100 day challenge I would like to give you a chance to clean out your “I suppose I should do that” list so you can have BETTER FOCUS on the things that will make the most difference to you. I wrote my list of Top 20 “what not to do’s” the day after my birthday – my personal new year’s resolutions. If you want to see what I am not going to do this year – go to:

http://www.motivateme.info/daily-dose-ezine/2011/9/14/do-you-need-better-focus.html

So now it’s your turn – write down what you are not going to do so you have better focus during this 100 day challenge:

Over the next 100 days I am NOT going to do:

------------------------------

----------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

I'm sorry I couldn't give away a copy to everyone who responded, but that was part of the challenge - why should it be YOU :-) and for those who don't have a copy - well a diary / planner / notebook can assist you.

As you will have gathered, the key to getting anything out of this thing called LIFE is taking action. And I hope you do take the opportunity to decide what you are not going to do so you can focus on what you are.

Tomorrow the program begins in earnest and don't panic, in addition to the not quite daily dose of motivational medicine - there will be 12 emails relating to the challenge itself. The first is tomorrow of course, then every 10 days we will challenge you with something to think / act upon with a roundup at the end. But in the mean time the normal daily dose will continue for those who are not playing along.

Watch your inbox tomorrow, homework begins in earnest - and yes as last year I am going to be working along side you and I will let you know what my personal challenges are as we go through the 100 days.

Best

Elle
