Enjoy the process, not just the end result

"Love not what you are but what you may become"
Miguel de Cervantes (1547-1616)
Spanish Author

But remember to enjoy the journey along the way. Too many times we spend all our time and energy focus on the goal, we think that once we get "it" whatever "it" is we will be "happy", "rich", "wealthy"  or whatever we have deemed will be our "reward".

Whilst it is important to not lose sight of the end - if we focus solely on the next step and the next step without thought to the here and now, we lose sight of other things that may be just as important - just down a different street to the one that we are currently on.

Enjoy the journey, because if you do this properly, goal setting and more importantly goal achievement should be a life time activity. Otherwise what happens? well can you imagine getting to the end of your goal list and wondering what there was left for you to do?

WIth many thoughts for today and always

Elle
