Happy and productive?

"The happiest people seem to be those who are producing something; the bored people are those who are consuming much and producing nothing."
William Inge (1860-1954)
English Prelate and Author

One thing I have noticed is that when I am in tune with myself, I can achieve far more than when I am not. What does "in tune" with myself mean? Well I can liken it to those times when travelling and all the lights are on green. It is a state of mind that says "I can do anything today".

How do you get "in tune" with yourself?

Well I can't describe the steps you need to take.

Take one dose of happiness, mix it with a dash of contentment and shake well until laughter forms....

Sometimes there will be outside triggers that can help you achieve that state of mind. A letter from a loved one, an unexpected telephone call or compliment from a complete stranger, a rainbow on the way to work or a beautiful piece of music that allows your mind and body to enjoy each others company. Whilst outside forces are important, you will find you can sustain the feeling far longer if it comes from within.

With much love
Elle
