How do you spend your time?
What books are you reading at the moment?
What television programmes do you watch?
What was the last movie you went to see?
When you go to the video store - what movies do you rent?
How much time do you spend surfing the internet?
How much time do you spend talking to your friends? Family members?
How much time in comparison do you spend working on your goals?
Life is about balance. If you spend all your "spare" time on what could be deemed to be frivolous activities, you wont have any time or energy left over for those things that you say are important to you.
Of course it depends what you are reading and / or watching to determine whether these are indeed frivolous activities - only you can answer that one. All I am asking you to do is keep a wary eye on how you spend your spare time. And ask - is this the best use of the time that i have right now. Or could I be doing something else?
