If not now - when?
What are you waiting for exactly?
Are you waiting for the right time?
An invitation from the universe to begin?
Approval from your family, friends and work colleagues?
Are you waiting for the kids to leave home, so you can travel?
To eat the food in the fridge before going on the diet, to buy new gym gear before you exercise, the moon to be in the right quadrant before.....
I'm sure you get the point.
There is no other time than now. Yes you need to plan the days and weeks ahead, but you still need to do something other than plan. You still need to do.
You see if you fall into the habit of saying - i'll do it tomorrow, you are giving yourself permission to procrastinate, to delay, to put off, to not start it at all....well I was going to start it today, but you know how it is, something else cropped up and ....
do me a favour, if you are not prepared to do something today, towards those things that you say you want to do, be or achieve, then you cannot want those things badly enough. Only when you want something badly enough will you do whatever you need to. And if you don't want something badly enough, well it's obviously not that important to you.
