The difference between outstanding and mediocre

believe it or not comes down to a couple of minor points:

1. Your attitude towards yourself and
2. How much effort are you willing to put in.

That's it.

Of course those two points have a million and two points all sitting under each one.

For example under point 1 - attitude encompasses everything from how you dress, to how you speak, act, think, what you eat, drink, watch on television, listen to on the radio, how you interact with other people, and how you react to other people who you come into contact with.

under point 2 - effort means asking yourself are you doing everything you can to keep yourself fit and healthy or did you cut your exercise session down by a couple of minutes? how about the amount of revision you've done today? work on your books, goals, projects, are you willing to spend time practising your skills or are you going to have another night off?

As with everything - the choices are always yours.
