Goal setting is not hard. To set a goal all you need to do is decide what you want and write it down. Goal achievement on the other hand is a little more difficult. The suggestions that follow will explain why you may have failed with your goal setting (and goal achievement) in the past. Follow the steps and break through those barriers that have kept you stuck in the same place doing the same things over and over again.
