Find 30 every day
It's not hard to find 30 minutes every day to exercise. Finding 30 is the easy part:
- Walk to the bus stop
- Walk from bus stop to work
- Reverse process after work
- Walk for half your lunch break
- Play a game of tennis with your neighbour
- Walk the dog / cat / hamster
- Walk the neighbours dog / cat / hamster
- Take your toddler / grand toddler out for a walk to the park
- Play frisbee
- Scrub kitchen and bathroom floors
- Do some weeding or mow the lawn
- Vacuum
And there is always the gym and personal trainers if we get bored :-)
No, the problem isn't finding 30 minutes a day to exercise. I feel our problem lies in what we choose to do for the remaining 23 hours and 30 minutes.
