Find 30 every day

It's not hard to find 30 minutes every day to exercise. Finding 30 is the easy part:

  • Walk to the bus stop
  • Walk from bus stop to work
  • Reverse process after work
  • Walk for half your lunch break
  • Play a game of tennis with your neighbour
  • Walk the dog / cat / hamster
  • Walk the neighbours dog / cat / hamster
  • Take your toddler / grand toddler out for a walk to the park
  • Play frisbee
  • Scrub kitchen and bathroom floors
  • Do some weeding or mow the lawn
  • Vacuum

And there is always the gym and personal trainers if we get bored :-)

No, the problem isn't finding 30 minutes a day to exercise. I feel our problem lies in what we choose to do for the remaining 23 hours and 30 minutes.
