The first thing to put in place for a successful weight loss is a plan, without a plan you have no diet this is why you dont lose any weight, its paramount to plan what you are going to eat each day so you know exactly what your calorie intake is going to be.

Have you been stuck at the same weight for ages, even though you follow a low-calorie diet? This is actually very common. There are a lot of different reasons why this happens.
