Weight loss ups and downs

Weigh in this morning and I have dropped another 500 grams. It may not seem like a lot, but to me it is an amazing result after a week of very hard work... which is something like 9 hours of pure training. 

Finding time for 9 hours of training may seem impossible, but I break each day into 3 parts. Morning, lunch time and evening. Some days I do exercise on each component - 2 walks and 1 gym or personal training session, other days I give my body a rest. This morning for instance I didn't train as I had a massive training session yesterday - and I have a personal training session tonight at 6pm and another one at 6am tomorrow.

So why ups and downs?

Well on Thursday it looked like I had gained 900 grams, given that by today I had dropped those 900 grams plus the extra 500 grams means you cannot just take one measure and hope it's correct or stable. It's also important to keep going even when you don't think it's working.

There's another 9 weeks on this challenge, if I can consistently lose 500 grams a week I can get under the 80kg mark... and that really will be a cause for celebration.
