Motivate Me to exercise
Sometimes we need motivation to exercise. Sometimes we need more than a personal trainer to motivate us to go to the gym and work out. Sometimes we need a reminder that exercise is good for us. Motivate me to exercise aims to do exactly that. Motivate Me to exercise provides the information, the reminders, and the reasons why we need to exercise on a regular basis.
