Procrastination habit 5 - Habits
Habits keep you stuck in the same place, doing the same thing. If we repeatedly do the same things in the same way, why then do we expect to get different results?
To overcome the habit of procrastination - you do need to break the procrastination habit. Sounds obvious, but most of us don't realise we have habits we need to break, until we try and stop doing something we've always done. Do you want to break the procrastination habit and get more out of life?
